Duty to Report Any Criminal Activity. ‌ Where an Artist is in any place where they are required to be because of their contract and they have good reason to believe that any other person is committing any criminal act in that place, then the Artist shall report their reasons to the Theatre and the Theatre shall investigate the report. If the Theatre believes that a criminal act is occurring or has occurred, it shall take whatever further action it deems necessary to protect the Artist(s) from any liability or involvement.
