Duty to Report TDSB staff and volunteers. The Vendor shall report to the TDSB Principal and /or their TDSB Superintendent (if a Principal is involved) any use of alcohol, cannabis, or other substances as well as any inappropriate actions the Vendor believes is outside the scope of the expectations of TDSB staff and volunteers, including, failure to adhere to the Vendor’s rules and instructions, regulations, and legislation.
