Duty to Show Agreement to Prospective Employer. During Employee’s employment with Verso Paper and for twelve (12) months thereafter, Employee shall, prior to accepting other employment, provide a copy of this Agreement to any recruiter who assists Employee in locating employment other than with Verso Paper and to any prospective employer with which Employee discusses potential employment.
