DWELLING RIGHTS. Lessee shall not establish any residence, dwelling, or place of abode of any type, temporary or permanent, on the Leased Premises without the express prior permission from Lessor in a separate written contract that will govern any such additional use of the Leased Premises.

DWELLING RIGHTS. Lessee may not establish any permanent residence, dwelling, or place of abode of any type, on the Leased Premises without the express prior permission from Lessor in a separate written contract that will govern any such additional use of the Leased Premises. For purposes of this Lease provision, a permanent residence is any structure that any person will use for shelter, sleep, or to keep personal property for a timeframe of three (3) months or longer, irrespective of occasional absences.
