(a) Unless your Internet Service specifies that we shall provide you with a static (ie non-changing) IP address, we may provide it using dynamic IP addresses (that change periodically). (b) The periodic changing of dynamic IP addresses is normal network behaviour and not a fault. (c) It may be difficult or impossible to operate an Internet server (e.g. a mail server or a web server) using an Internet Service with a dynamic IP address.
