E ligible Items. We may decline to accept any Check Image you submit through the Mobile Deposit Service, at our discretion. Only a check, (as defined in Regulation CC) payable on demand and drawn on or payable at an office of a United States bank is eligible for deposit as a Check Image through the Mobile Deposit Service. Examples of items that are not eligible for deposit through the Mobile Deposit Service include: checks drawn on banks located outside the U.S., travelers checks, checks payable in a currency other than U.S. currency, savings bonds, money orders, promissory notes. In addition, you may not deposit any of the following through the Mobile Deposit Service: checks payable to a person other than you (even if the check is endorsed over to you), fraudulent checks, or checks you should have known are fraudulent, stale checks (more than 6 months old), checks that have been previously deposited with us or at another financial institution, Substitute Checks, Remotely Created Checks, checks containing alterations of any kind, or any other type of item that we determine from time to time to refuse to accept through the Mobile Deposit Service. If you attempt to deposit one of the items that are not eligible for deposit, we may, at our discretion, reject the deposit and notify you within Mobile Banking that it is rejected. In such a case, we are not required to return the image of the item that you attempted to deposit.

  • Eligible Items You agree to scan and deposit only checks, as that term is defined in Federal Reserve Regulation CC (“Reg. CC”). You agree that the image of the check transmitted to us shall be deemed an “item” within the meaning of Article 4 of the Uniform Commercial Code as adopted in Tennessee. You agree that you will not use RDC to scan and deposit any of the following checks or other items:

  • Ineligible Items You agree that you will not use this Service to deposit any ineligible items, including, but not limited to, the following:

  • Unbundled Loop Concentration (ULC) System 2.5.1 BellSouth will provide to <<customer_name>> Unbundled Loop Concentration (ULC). Loop concentration systems in the central office concentrate the signals transmitted over local loops onto a digital loop carrier system. The concentration device is placed inside a BellSouth central office. BellSouth will offer ULC with a TR008 interface or a TR303 interface.

  • Adding agenda items Any agenda item requiring a decision by the Members of a Consortium Body must be identified as such on the agenda. Any Member of a Consortium Body may add an item to the original agenda by written notification to all of the other Members of that Consortium Body up to the minimum number of days preceding the meeting as indicated below. General Assembly 14 calendar days, 7 calendar days for an extraordinary meeting Executive Board 2 calendar days

  • Timber Cut Through Mistake Undesig- nated timber meeting Utilization Standards, cut by Pur- chaser through mistake and included by Contracting Offi- cer under B2.14, shall be removed and paid for at Current Contract Rates and Required Deposits, unless such ma- terial is not listed in A2. In such event, Contracting Offi- cer, in accord with standard Forest Service methods, shall establish rates to be paid.

  • Additional Items The Insurer has received such other documents, instruments, approvals or opinions in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Insurer as are reasonably requested by the Insurer, including evidence reasonably satisfactory to the Insurer that the conditions precedent, if any, in the Transaction Documents have been satisfied.

  • Exception Items When we review and process your electronic file, we may reject any electronic image that we determine to be ineligible for the service ("Exception Item") including, without limitation, electronic images of items drawn on banks located outside the United States, items drawn on U.S. Banks in foreign currency, electronic images that are illegible (due to poor image quality or otherwise), electronic images of items previously processed, electronic images previously converted to substitute checks, and electronic images with unreadable MICR information. We will notify you of any Exception Items. You agree that if you wish to attempt to deposit any Exception Item to any of your accounts with Credit Union, you will only do so by depositing the original item on which the Exception Item is based. You acknowledge and agree that even if you do not initially identify an electronic image as an Exception Item, the substitute check created by the Credit Union there from may nevertheless be returned to Credit Union because, among other reasons, the electronic image is deemed illegible by a paying bank. Credit Union's failure to identify an Exception Item shall not preclude or limit your obligations to Credit Union.

  • Other Items Any other items that the Bank reasonably requires.

  • Commercial Items The Software, including all related documentation, are “Commercial Item(s),” as that term is defined at 48 C.F.R. Section 2.101, consisting of “Commercial Computer Software” and “Commercial Computer Software Documentation,” as such terms are used in 48 C.F.R. Section 12.212 or 48 C.F.R. Section 227.7202, as applicable. Consistent with 48 C.F.R. Section 12.212 or 48 C.F.R. Sections 227.7202-1 through 227.7202-4, as applicable, the Commercial Computer Software and Commercial Computer Software Documentation are being licensed to U.S. Government end users (i) only as Commercial Items; and (ii) with only those rights as are granted to all other end users pursuant to the terms and conditions herein.   • Optional Items Pricing for any listed optional products and services in the Investment Summary will be valid for twelve (12) months from the Effective Date.
