E-Mail and Internet Usage. (1) The Employee acknowledges that access to the Company's computer, email, internet, telephone and other information technology systems (collectively "IT Systems") is provided for business purposes only. (2) The Company does not allow its IT Systems to be used to create, send, receive, or store any data that can reasonably be considered illegal, inappropriate, offensive, defamatory, obscene, harassing, or which infringes the rights of a third party. (3) The Company reserves the right to access, inspect, review, copy, and delete any of the information, data, or messages accessed through its IT Systems with or without notice to the Employee in order to protect the Company's interests. This includes, but is not limited to, all e-mail messages sent or received, all website visits, all chat sessions, all voicemails, and all file transfers into and out of the Company's IT Systems. In addition, the Company may review IT Systems activity and analyze usage patterns. Accordingly, the Employee does not have any expectation of privacy as to her IT Systems usage and should not use these systems for information the Employee wishes to keep private.
