Common use of E-Mail and Stop Payment Requests Clause in Contracts

E-Mail and Stop Payment Requests. We may not immediately receive e-mail communications that you send, and we will not take action based on e-mail requests until we actually receive your message and have a reasonable opportunity to act. Any stop payment request you transmit electronically is deemed to be a written request and will expire in six (6) months unless you contact us and renew the stop payment request for an additional six (6) month period. Contact us immediately regarding an unauthorized transaction or stop payment request.
