Common use of E-Z Checking Clause in Contracts

E-Z Checking. You must be enrolled in our E-Statement Program within 30 days of opening your account, which provides for electronic delivery of your account statements, to be eligible for E-Z Checking. If you cancel your E-Statement enrollment for the account, the account will be changed automatically to a Regular Checking account without notice.
