Common use of Each Contracting Party Clause in Contracts

Each Contracting Party. grants to the other Contracting Party the rights specified in the present Agreement for the purpose of established air services of the route specified in the Annex there to (herein-after called "the agreed services” and "the specified routes”). The agreed services may be inaugurated at any time after the provisions of Article III have been complied with.
