Early Dissolution on Event of Early Termination. 22.2.1 Upon the occurrence of any of the events enumerated in Article 22.1, a Party may request that a Board meeting be convened to discuss the early dissolution of the Company. The Chairperson of the Board shall convene such meeting within thirty (30) days of the receipt of a Party’s request for the meeting. The directors appointed by the other Parties shall be obliged to attend such meeting.
