Common use of Early Move-Out Clause in Contracts

Early Move-Out. Unless modified by an addendum, if you: (1) move out without paying rent in full for the entire lease term or renewal period; or (2) move out at our demand because of your default; or (3) are judicially evicted. You will be liable for all rent owed at the time and as it becomes due under the terms of our lease agreement until the apartment is re-rented.
