Common use of Early Move-Out Clause in Contracts

Early Move-Out. Resident may request from HRL an early move-out date between May 1 and May 31 without any additional fee. Under such a circumstance, the Rent Fee for the month of May will be prorated through the date that the Resident completes the move-out process with HRL Staff. Any such request must be made at least thirty (30) days prior to the proposed early move-out date.
