Common use of Early Planning Clause in Contracts

Early Planning. Each Party, through its Designated Representative, shall make publicly available online annually a list of regulations reasonably expected to be adopted, or proposed to be adopted, within the following 12 months. Each regulation identified in the list shall be accompanied by:
