Early Redemption and Put Option Exercise Period. The bondholder intending to exercise its Put Option shall request to the Issuer for early redemption during the period between sixty (60) days to thirty (30) days before the early redemption date (the “Put Option Exercise Period”), provided that, if the last day of the Put Option Exercise Period falls on a non-Business Day, then such last day shall be the next Business Day.
