Early Retirement, Resignation or Discharge. If the employment of a Participant terminates by reason of early retirement, resignation or discharge prior to his Normal Retirement Age, he shall be vested and have a nonforfeitable interest in a percentage of his Employer Account and Matching Account determined by, except as provided below, taking into account all of his Years of Service as of such termination date in accordance with the schedule set forth in the Adoption Agreement.
