EARLY TERMINATION OF CONTRACT/BREACH OF CONTRACT. The following paragraph shall be included as part of the contract for each teacher, and shall be stated in writing on the contract: The board will accept the resignation of a teacher tendered after the 14th calendar day following the third Friday in May of each year upon receipt of: 1.
