Common use of Early Termination of the Employment Period Clause in Contracts

Early Termination of the Employment Period. Notwithstanding Section 1, the Employment Period shall end upon the earliest to occur of (1) a termination of Executive's employment on account of Executive's death, (2) a termination due to Executive's Disability, (3) Termination for Cause, (4) a Termination Without Cause, (5) a Termination for Good Reason or (6) Termination Not for Good Reason.
