Early Termination of the Employment Period. Notwithstanding Section 1(b), the Employment Period shall end upon the first to occur of (i) the Executive’s death, (ii) a determination that the Executive has become Disabled, (iii) a termination of the Executive’s employment for Cause, (iv) 30 days after written notice delivered to Executive by the Company of termination of his employment without Cause, (v) a termination of Executive’s employment for Good Reason, or (vi) 30 days after the delivery by Executive of written notice to the Company of his resignation without Good Reason.
