EASEMENT FOR COMMUNITY SYSTEMS. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Declaration, Declarant and its Affiliates, and its and their designees shall have a perpetual exclusive easement over, across, upon, through and under the Association Property and the Lots (but not under buildings on Association Property or Lots) for the installation, operation, maintenance, repair, replacement, alteration and expansion of Community Systems.
