Easement Price. (1) For parcels that are products of cooperative agreements and amendments signed after May 23, 2008, the cooperating entity may opt for either of the following two methods to determine the affect of the conservation easement on the subject property in accordance with these instructions. All appraisals completed must comply with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP), Uniform Appraisal Standards for Federal Land Acquisition (UASFLA), and appraisal instructions as issued by NRCS.
