Easement to Enter Upon Lots. An easement or easements for ingress and egress in favor of the Association including the Board or the designees of the Board, to enter upon the Lots for the purposes of fulfilling its/their duties and responsibilities of ownership, maintenance and/or repair in accordance with the Lakeside Landing Documents, including, by way of example, the making of such repairs, maintenance or reconstruction as are necessary for the Association Property and to maintain any Home in the event the Owner thereof fails to do so.

  • Conservation Easement School shall abide by the terms of the Easement, attached as Exhibit “D” and granted by the District to Authority. The Easement shall be recorded against the Subject Property by the Authority, at the Authority’s sole cost and expense. This Easement may be executed and recorded without further approval of the Parties’ governing bodies, except that approval is required to authorize the execution of this Agreement.
