Common use of Easements and Alterations Clause in Contracts

Easements and Alterations. Additions to and alternations in the Improvements may be made as provided in the Lease, as long as the value of the Leased Premises is not diminished. The Lessor, as owner of the fee interest in the Leased Land, shall join in all easements, permits and applications necessary for such development of the Leased Premises as is permitted under the Lease, provided that the Lessor shall have no liability or obligation under such easement, permit or application.
