Easter Sunday. 39.1 Permanent and fixed term contract employees Employees will be provided an additional day of paid leave for Easter Sunday.
39.2 The day of paid leave will be made available to the Employee regardless of whether the Employee would normally be expected to work on that date.
39.3 The day of paid leave accrues on the date that Easter Sunday falls each calendar year.
39.4 Employee access to the day of leave is subject to the conditions set out in subclauses (b) to subclause (g) of clause 38.3.
