Classification Plan (a) The Employer and the Union recognize the need to maintain the principles of Pay Equity to evaluate jobs in the Public Service bargaining unit. The parties also agree to apply the Public Service Job Evaluation Plan in accordance with those principles to all bargaining unit positions using the gender neutral plan factors and degrees in the Public Service Job Evaluation Plan. The Public Service Job Evaluation Plan will be used to evaluate positions in the Main Agreement and to determine their appropriate factor ratings.
Catastrophic Leave Program Leave credits, as defined below, may be transferred from one or more employees to another employee, on an hour-for-hour basis, in accordance with departmental policies upon the request of both the receiving employee and the transferring employee and upon approval of the employee's appointing authority, under the following conditions:
Extended Health Benefit Plan (a) All regular and probationary employees after three (3) months employment will be covered by a one hundred percent (100%) Extended Health Benefit Plan with the standard $100.00 deductible. The City will pay eighty percent (80%) of the costs and the twenty percent (20%) deduction for employees shall be made through payroll deductions. The extended health lifetime maximum will be $1,000,000.
Basic Plan All services are subject to an annual deductible of $50 per person and $100 per family. Preventive services are covered at 100%. After paying the deductible, the plan provides usual, customary, and reasonable (UCR) coverage at 100% for diagnostic and restorative services, and 80% for major services. Orthodontia is not covered.
Health and Safety Plan 5. Xxxxxxx shall prepare and submit under separate cover from the Work Plan, a Health and Safety Plan consistent with Occupational Safety and Health Administration regulations. The Health and Safety Plan shall be submitted to the Department in the form of one electronic copy on compact disk (in .pdf format). Xxxxxxx agrees that the Health and Safety Plan is submitted to the Department only for informational purposes. The Department expressly disclaims any liability that may result from implementation of the Health and Safety Plan by Xxxxxxx. PUBLIC PARTICIPATION
Safety Plan Developer’s safety plan specifically adapted for the Project. Developer's Safety Plan shall comply with all provisions regarding Project safety, including all applicable provisions in these Construction Provisions.
Emergency Mode Operation Plan Contractor must establish a documented plan to enable continuation of critical business processes and protection of the security of electronic County PHI or PI in the event of an emergency. Emergency means any circumstance or situation that causes normal computer operations to become unavailable for use in performing the work required under this Agreement for more than twenty-four (24) hours.
