Common use of Economic Provisions Clause in Contracts

Economic Provisions. A. In the event any economic provision of this Agreement becomes inoperative for any reason, that provision shall be subject to re-negotiation at the request of either party. B. If, after negotiations, the parties are unable to agree, the matter shall be referred to an Impasse Neutral for resolution. C. If the new impasse is the result of action or inaction of the Montgomery County Council, the procedures provided for in Section 33.153(o,p), of the Montgomery County Code, shall be followed.
