Extended Reporting Period If any required insurance coverage is on a claims-made basis (rather than occurrence), Contractor shall maintain such coverage for a period of no less than three (3) years following expiration or termination of the Master Contract.

Quarterly Contractor Performance Reporting Customers shall complete a Contractor Performance Survey (Exhibit I) for each Contractor on a Quarterly basis. Customers will electronically submit the completed Contractor Performance Survey(s) to the Department Contract Manager no later than the due date indicated in Contract Exhibit D, Section 17, Additional Special Contract Conditions. Requiring Minimum Compensation for Covered Employees a. Contractor agrees to comply fully with and be bound by all of the provisions of the Minimum Compensation Ordinance (MCO), as set forth in San Francisco Administrative Code Chapter 12P (Chapter 12P), including the remedies provided, and implementing guidelines and rules. The provisions of Sections 12P.5 and 12P.5.1 of Chapter 12P are incorporated herein by reference and made a part of this Agreement as though fully set forth. The text of the MCO is available on the web at xxx.xxxxx.xxx/xxxx/xxx. A partial listing of some of Contractor's obligations under the MCO is set forth in this Section. Contractor is required to comply with all the provisions of the MCO, irrespective of the listing of obligations in this Section.
Interconnection Customer Compensation for Actions During Emergency Condition The CAISO shall compensate the Interconnection Customer in accordance with the CAISO Tariff for its provision of real and reactive power and other Emergency Condition services that the Interconnection Customer provides to support the CAISO Controlled Grid during an Emergency Condition in accordance with Article 11.6.
