REPORTING ALLOWANCE. 5.01 An employee who reports for work at an Employer’s job site or shop, unless directed not to report the previous day by his Employer, and for whom no work is available due to reasons other than inclement weather, shall receive a minimum of four (4) hours reporting time and shall remain at other work if requested to do so by the Xxxxxxx.
REPORTING ALLOWANCE. 18.01 Employees who report as usual for their regular shift when the Company fails to notify them not to report and there is no work for them shall be paid a minimum of four (4) hours at their regular hourly rate, plus any shift premium that applies. In cases of this nature, the Company has the alternative of temporarily assigning to the employee any other work at his regular rate of pay. It is understood, however, that the foregoing does not apply in cases of lack of work due to circumstances beyond the control of the Company.
REPORTING ALLOWANCE. 14.01 In the event that an employee reports for work on his/her regular shift, without having been notified not to report, he/she will be given at least four
REPORTING ALLOWANCE. 11.01 When an Employee reports for work on time on his/her regular shift unless previously otherwise notified he/she shall be paid for not less than four (4) hours at his/her standard hourly rate, provided he/she reports promptly to his/her Supervisor, and accepts such work as he/she may be directed to by his/her Supervisor. If he/she refuses such work, he/she shall not be entitled to pay there under.
REPORTING ALLOWANCE. 12.01 The Employer shall pay one (1) hours time (at the start of the day) when inclement weather prevents work being started. All employees who are not advised on the day prior not to report for work, and who report, and are prevented from working by reason of inclement weather, shall receive the aforesaid one (1) hours pay. Employees shall remain for one (1) hour on the job or at the assembly point to be eligible for this payment.
REPORTING ALLOWANCE. 19.01 When an employee reports for work at the customary time scheduled for him without being notified to the contrary and is assigned less than 4 hours of work he shall be paid at least 4 hours at straight time rate.
REPORTING ALLOWANCE. In the event that an employee reports for work on the employee’s regular shift without having been previously notified not to report, the employee will be given at least four (4) hours’ work at the employee’s regular straight time hourly rate of pay; or if no work is available, the employee will be paid the equivalent of four (4) hours’ work at the employee’s regular straight time hourly rate of pay in lieu of work. This provision shall not apply when there is a lack of work due to a situation beyond the control of the Employer.
REPORTING ALLOWANCE. If an employee reports for work at the regularly scheduled time and no work is available such employee will be paid a minimum of four (4) hours pay at her regular rate provided;
REPORTING ALLOWANCE. 16.01 In the event that an employee reports for work on his regular shift, without having been notified in advance not to report will be given work or pay at his/her regular rate of pay for a period of three (3) hours.
REPORTING ALLOWANCE. 15.01 A minimum of four (4) hours shall be paid to the employee when reporting to the shop, but is not given an opportunity to work because none is available, unless he has been notified not to report. In such cases employees must accept reasonable duties for the four (4) hour period. No premium will be paid from Monday to Friday.
