REPORTING ALLOWANCE. 16.01 In the event that an employee reports for work on his regular shift, without having been notified, prior to the end of his previous shift not to report, he will be given at least the number of hours of work he was originally scheduled for at his regular rate of pay or if no work is available, he will be paid the equivalent of the number of hours he was scheduled for at his regular rate of pay in lieu of work. This provision shall not apply when there is a lack of work due to a situation beyond the control of the Company.
