Common use of EDUCATION & PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT Clause in Contracts

EDUCATION & PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT. Section 1: In an effort to support academic, professional and vocational development, Management agrees to make available a $3,000 fund during each year of the contract for educational, vocational development, CPR and first aid training. This fund may be used to refund money for supplies or made available to staff seeking reimbursement for courses to meet the DEEC twenty (20) hours a year professional development requirement. Reimbursements will not be made without proper documentation.
