Educational Incentive Pay Plan. (a) Prior to December 27, 1992, the educational incentive pay plan will be administered pursuant to 7.06 and Appendix B of the 1990-91 labor agreement. (b) Effective December 27, 1992, the educational incentive pay plan shall be as provided in Addendum B of this labor agreement.
