Common use of Educational or Other Materials Clause in Contracts

Educational or Other Materials. If allowed, any educational or other materials developed using funds from this contract must be reviewed and approved by the GHSP prior to their production or purchase. The cost of these materials is generally limited to a maximum of $5.00 per item. The purchase of promotional items and memorabilia are not an allowable cost.
