EEO STATEMENT. A. It is the policy of ADS to recruit, hire, train, compensate, promote, discipline, and otherwise treat its employees and applicants without regard or consideration for the individual’s race, color, religious creed, sex, age, national origin, ancestry, mental or physical disability, marital status, citizenship status or any other reason prohibited by law. In addition, ADS is committed to fully complying with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, and the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act and applicable Federal, State, and Local regulations.
