Common use of Effect of Acceptance Clause in Contracts

Effect of Acceptance. Acceptance of the VESSEL as above provided shall be final and binding in so far as conformity of the VESSEL to this Contract and Specifications is concerned and shall preclude the BUYER from refusing formal delivery of the VESSEL as hereinafter provided, if the SELLER complies with all other requirements for delivery as provided in ARTICLE VII hereof. However, the BUYER’s acceptance, of the VESSEL shall not affect the BUYER’s right under ARTICLE IX hereof and/or under law.

Effect of Acceptance. Acceptance of the VESSEL as provided above provided shall be final and binding in so far as conformity of the VESSEL to this Contract and Specifications is concerned and shall preclude the BUYER from refusing formal tender of delivery of the VESSEL as hereinafter provided, if the SELLER BUILDER complies with all other procedural requirements for delivery as provided in ARTICLE Article VII hereof. However, the BUYER’s acceptance, of the VESSEL shall not affect the BUYER’s right under ARTICLE IX hereof and/or under law.

Acceptance of the VESSEL as above provided shall be final and binding in on the parties hereto so far as conformity of the VESSEL to this Contract and the Specifications is concerned and shall preclude the BUYER Buyer from refusing formal delivery of the VESSEL as hereinafter provided, if the SELLER Seller complies with all other procedural requirements for the delivery of the VESSEL as provided in ARTICLE the Article VII hereof. However, the BUYER’s acceptance, of the VESSEL shall not affect the BUYER’s right under ARTICLE IX hereof and/or under law.

However, the BUYER’s acceptance, of the VESSEL shall not affect the BUYER’s right under ARTICLE IX hereof and/or under law.
