Removal of Vessel. Buyer shall take possession of the Vessel immediately upon delivery and acceptance thereof and shall remove the Vessel from the premises of the Shipyard within three (3) days after delivery and acceptance thereof is effected. If Buyer shall not remove the Vessel from the premises of the Shipyard within the aforesaid three (3) days, then, in such event Buyer shall pay to Builder reasonable mooring charges for the Vessel.
Removal of Vessel. The BUYER shall take possession of the VESSEL immediately upon delivery and acceptance thereof, and shall remove the VESSEL from the premises of the SELLER within seven (7) days after delivery and acceptance thereof is effected. If the BUYER shall not remove the VESSEL from the premises of the SELLER within the aforesaid seven (7) days, then, in such event, the BUYER shall pay to the SELLER a reasonable mooring charge for the VESSEL.
Removal of Vessel. Tenant shall not have the right to remove the boat from the rented slip or the location to which the Marina has relocated the vessel hereinunder, until all costs and fees described in this agreement have been paid in full. Tenant agrees that the Xxxxxx xxx process a New York State Mechanics Lien on the vessel for unpaid rent, dockage and other services provided by the Marina.

If the BUYER shall not remove the VESSEL from the premises of the Shipyard within the aforesaid thirty (30) calendar days, then, in such event commencing on the thirty-first (31st) calendar day the BUYER shall pay to the BUILDER the reasonable mooring charges of the VESSEL.
Removal of Vessel. Renter shall not have the right to remove his boat from the rented slip or the location to which the Slip owner has relocated the vessel herein under, until all costs and fees described in this agreement have been paid in full. Renter agrees that the Slip owner may look to the credit of the vessel for unpaid rent, dockage and other services provided to the vessel, and the Slip owner may use self help, the state, federal and maritime lien laws in pursuit of its rights to payment.
Removal of Vessel. The BUYER shall take possession of the VESSEL immediately upon delivery and acceptance thereof by the BUYER and shall remove the VESSEL from the premises of the BUILDER within seven (7) days after delivery and acceptance thereof is effected. Following delivery of the VESSEL, the SELLER shall not charge the BUYER for the costs of mooring the VESSEL at the SELLER’s premises within these seven (7) days. If the BUYER shall not remove the VESSEL from the premises of the BUILDER within the aforesaid seven (7) days, in such event, after the lapse of this seven (7) days period for reasons other than Chinese Authorities’ restrictions or reasons entirely beyond the control of the BUYER the BUYER shall pay to the SELLER United States Dollars Two Thousand only (USD2000) per day as reasonable mooring charge of the VESSEL. In case of early delivery the BUYER shall have the option to keep the VESSEL at least two (2) weeks at the SELLER’s premises. If the BUYER shall not remove the VESSEL from the premises of the BUILDER within the aforesaid two (2) weeks, in such event, the BUYER shall pay to the SELLER thereafter United States Dollars Two Thousand only (USD2000) per day as reasonable mooring charge of the VESSEL.
Removal of Vessel. (1) The Master of a vessel which for any reason becomes an obstruction or which in the opinion of the Marine Manager is likely to become an obstruction to any Berth or Marine facility must move the vessel without delay in accordance with the written directions of the Marine Manager.
(2) If the directions referred to in sub-bylaw (1) are not complied with within the time specified by the Marine Manager the Company may cause the vessel to be removed.
(3) The Master, owner and agent of a vessel referred to in sub-bylaw (1) are jointly and severally liable to pay to the Company all costs and expenses incurred by the Company under sub-bylaw (2).
