Effect of Agreement on Other Benefits. The Executive hereby agrees that this Agreement supersedes and replaces any and all other agreements by and between the Executive and the Company, including but not limited to any letters or other documents setting forth the terms of the Executive's employment, the Confidentiality Agreement and the Severance Letter and the Executive shall not be entitled to any right or benefit under such other agreements, plans or documents and hereby releases any rights thereunder; provided however that the Executive shall be entitled to all of the benefits set forth herein whether pursuant to a Company plan or otherwise provided.
