Effect of Amendment; Conflict. All provisions of the Agreement and the CFAs not modified by this Amendment will remain in full force and effect. In the event of a conflict between the terms and conditions of this Amendment and the Agreement or the CFAs, the terms and conditions of this Amendment shall control.
