Amendment to Clause 5. 1 of the Agreement The first sentence of Clause 5.1 of the Agreement is hereby amended as follows: The initial term of this Agreement shall be for a period of twenty (20) years commencing on the Original Commencement Date and expiring on December 31, 2038, subject to earlier termination in accordance with the terms of this Agreement (the “Initial Term”). Amendment to Clause 5. 8 Clause 5.8 shall now read as: The Trust shall not purchase from or sell to the Management Company or the Trustee or to any director, officer or employee of the Management Company or Trustee or to any person who beneficially owns ten percent or more of the equity or other securities with voting rights, if any, issued by the Management Company or the Trustee, save in the case of such party acting as an intermediary.
