Effect of an Eligibility List Created Under this. Article A promotiona l eligibility list in existence at the time of the adoption of this Article shall continue in effect until its expiration in accordance with section 143.036(h) of the Texas Local Government Code. Any promotional eligibility list created under this Article will take effect upon theexpiration of any existing applicable list and will remain in existence for one (I) year after the date on which the Assessment Center is completed and eligibility list created, unJess the eligibility list is sooner exhausted. At the expiration of the eligibility list a new examination may be held.
