Effect of an Event of Force Majeure. We must at all times following the occurrence of an Event of Force Majeure use all reasonable endeavours to prevent and mitigate the effects of an Event of Force Majeure. We must at all times whilst an Event of Force Majeure is subsisting take steps to overcome or minimise the consequences of the Event of Force Majeure and facilitate the continued performance of this Agreement.
