Effect of Breach Upon Lessee. In addition to any and all remedies at law that Lessor may have against Guarantor, Guarantor acknowledges and agrees, and Lessee also acknowledges and (said real property hereinafter referred to as “the Home”). Where the terms of the Lease and this Addendum may conflict, the terms of this Addendum shall control.
