Effect of Cash-Out Distribution. If, pursuant to Article VI, a partially-Vested Participant receives a Cash-Out Distribution before he/she incurs a Forfeiture Break in Service the Participant will incur an immediate forfeiture of the non-Vested portion of his/her Account Balance.
