Vested Participant definition

Vested Participant means a Participant who is no longer an Employee, but who is entitled to benefits in accordance with Article VI.

Vested Participant means, as of any specific date, a Participant who, as of such date, satisfies each eligibility requirement set forth in the first sentence of Section 3 of the Plan.

• People moving or stopping their cars, chasing animals, exchanging pieces of papers, etc.

• Unless otherwise elected as provided below, a Vested Participant who dies before the Annuity Starting Date and who has a "surviving spouse" shall have the Pre-Retirement Survivor Annuity paid to the "surviving spouse." Except as otherwise elected in the Adoption Agreement, the Participant's "spouse" may direct that payment of the Pre-Retirement Survivor Annuity commence within a reasonable period after the Participant's death.

More Definitions of Vested Participant

Vested Participant means a Participant who has satisfied the vesting requirements of the Qualified Salaried Plan.
