Effect of Closing Your Savings Account. If you or we close your Savings Account or your linked Deposit Account before interest is credited, you will NOT receive the accrued interest. Notwithstanding the foregoing, and if we close your Savings Account because we suspect illicit or fraudulent activity associated with your Savings Account, Deposit Account, or any account you have with us, then any accrued interest that has not been credited will be forfeited.
