Effect of Con Edison Approval. Contractor's obligations under this Contract shall not be affected by the grant to, or the exercise or non-exercise by, Con Edison of rights to inspect, test, review or approve Contractor's performance of the Work, including, without limitation, documents such as drawings, written procedures or daily reports.
