Common use of Effect of Early Termination Clause in Contracts

Effect of Early Termination. Termination of this tenancy agreement under Clause 1 shall bring to an end the Tenancy Period but does not release the Tenant from any of the outstanding obligations and conditions under this tenancy agreement. In the event that the Tenant wishes to vacate the property prior to the end of the tenancy or if the Tenant has not yet occupied the property and no longer wishes to do so, the Tenant should notify the Landlord, in writing, confirming the date when the property will be vacant.
