Effect of Employee's subsequent employment. Employee shall have no obligation to mitigate damages or payments due under this paragraph; but if Employee obtains full time employment prior to the first anniversary of the date on which his employment with CKS terminates, any income earned by the Employee during such twelve months from Employee's new employer shall be offset against the Company's payment obligations pursuant to section 3.2 above.
