Effect of Executed Change Order. The execution of a Change Order by Design/Builder shall constitute conclusive evidence of Design/Builder’s and Owner’s agreement to the ordered changes in the Project, the Agreement as thus amended, the Fixed Contract Price as thus amended and the Contract Time as thus amended.
