Effect of Knowledge. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Agreement, in no event shall Purchaser’s knowledge of the inaccuracy in or breach of, or of any facts or circumstances constituting or resulting in the inaccuracy in or breach of, any representations or warranties or covenants of Seller under this Agreement in any manner limit or prohibit Purchaser’s remedies under this Agreement.
