Effect of Lease. This Indenture and everything herein contained shall extend to and bind and may be taken advantage of by the respective heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns, as the case may be, of each of the parties hereto, subject to the granting of consent by the Landlord as provided herein to any assignment or sublease, and where there is more than one tenant or there is a female party or a corporation, the provisions hereof shall be read with all grammatical changes thereby rendered necessary and all covenants shall be deemed joint and several.
