ADDITIONAL INSURANCE AND WORKERS COMPENSATION COVERAGE. The Tenant is solely responsible to determine its own additional insurance coverage, if any, including without limitation Workers Compensation coverage, contents insurance, tenant’s legal liability insurance and aviation insurance, that may be necessary or advisable for its own protection or to fulfill its obligations under this lease. Any such additional insurance or coverage shall be provided and maintained by the Tenant at its own expense. None of the insurance required of the Tenant under this lease shall be construed as a representation by the City that the types and amounts of such insurance are sufficient to protect the interests of the Tenant.
